Silicone render is highly water-repellant and durable. Known for its self cleaning properties the render comes pre-coloured,  and is often used in contemporary architecture.

Monocouche is a one coat render system that comes pre-coloured it is easy to apply and provides a textures finish.

Polymer render is a modern option that replaces traditional sand and cement render. It contains polymer additives for increased flexibility and adhesion. This render is often used for its water resistance.

Insulated render systems include an insulating layer beneath the render finish. This raises the U-Value of the building, improving energy efficiency and thermal performance.

RendTec also covers all aspects of internal plastering works. For example:

- Finish plaster

- Undercoat plaster

- Dry lining  

- Coving

and the list goes on.

This is a traditional type of render that uses a mix of sand, cement and water. Its historically known for its durability and strength. It Is very cost effective but can be susceptible to cracking.
